This line of work focuses on the management of resources and spaces for interaction between researchers and mathematics educators. The research revolves mainly around the study of the open access documentation produced by the Ibero-American Mathematics Education community and the relevance of the resources managed by UED.
Taxonomy of Mathematics Education
We present a taxonomy of key terms in Mathematics Education that emerge from the knowledge produced by the international Mathematics Education community. This taxonomy was produced especially to facilitate the coding and organisation of documents produced in the discipline (e.g. articles and contributions to events). We make the new taxonomy available to the community under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives licence. It can be accessed in English and Spanish, in different formats.

Ranking of Mathematics Education journals
We identified the Mathematics Education journals that are indexed in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, and in the Emerging Sources Citation Index. We organise the ranking of these publications according to the JCR and SJR impact factors. This information is regularly updated.
Open access documentation
We search for open access digital documentary sources in Spanish-speaking countries. As a result of this search, we generated a database that can be accessed without restrictions. There, we present the list of associations that lead activities related to Mathematics Education and the list of documentary sources (journals or proceedings of events), organised by country.
Publications and presentations
As a fundamental activity of this project, studies are carried out on the evolution of the Mathematics Education community. More specifically, the open access documentation produced by this community is studied from a semantic approach to its content.
